Bespoke Beds

We offer a bespoke bed service, enabling a person who requires a profiling bed to share the same sleeping arrangements as someone who does not.

When the mattress platform is flat, the bed looks like a normal double divan, but offers the same profiling specification on one side of the bed.

The beds are constructed to your specific requirements. The profiling side of the bed comes with height adjustments facility enabling the platform to rise and fall.

It also has a knee bend facility and enables people to raise themselves to a sitting position. The other section of the bed is a made to measure wooden slatted platform.

The outside of the bed is manufactured with a white divan surround and appears as a normal double divan bed when finished or an alternative surround can be chosen similar to that shown in the pictures.

You may select a headboard which can be attached to it once the bed is in place. The bed can be made to enable hoist access if necessary.

Meditrex will need to make a site visit to discuss specific requirements such as side rails, lifting poles, height and weight etc, once this is completed we will write with all specifications and prices before any work is carried out.
